FOUNDERS
Hello! Our names are Samantha and Ava Cipriano. We are cousins who have shared a singular passion growing up - Animals! When we were young girls, we had one playful debate that we would constantly engage in; “Which one of us cares more deeply for animals?” This passion has not waned in our adulthood and we are always going out of our way to make sure every animal we encounter has a supporting, safe and loving home or environment. As you can see, we have a large family of animals ourselves! ​We struggle greatly when it comes to leaving our furry friends at home. We bring our dogs to most places and we even say no to plans so we can stay home with them! Which is why we wanted to create a home away from home for dogs. Somewhere where other paw-rents can feel comfortable leaving their pups knowing they will be in great hands!

What is a doggy daycare? Simply put, many daycare centres are merely windowless warehouses for dogs. They often lack visual appeal and focus more on utility than comfort or enjoyment for the dogs. They are businesses built for profit. The Petaway is different. We are dog lovers first and business people second. Our vision was to create a luxury-feel daycare that encompasses neutral and modern components all with the goal of delivering exceptional and loving experiences for our furry friends. When your dogs stay at our state-of-the-art facility, they are transported into a luxury hotel for the day with custom-built structures and amenities, beautiful epoxy floors, and large windows throughout the building. Our rooms are oversized, which has allowed us to build safe and enjoyable loft play and rest structures so that your pup may have a safe space to relax if they want a break from the open play environment. Our epoxy floors are not only appealing to the eye, but they provide a soft surface so that your dogs may run around comfortably throughout the day.
